Ambedkar, a leader who championed the rights to life and religious freedom. It further condemns the alleged disregard for the core values of the Indian Constitution and Dr. Ambedkar’s own beliefs in equality and justice for all.
Copies of the complaint were submitted to key administrative and police officials, including Shri Nikhil IPS, Superintendent of Police for Kolar District, Sri Dr. M R Ravi IAS, District Magistrate for Kolar District, Smt. The case has garnered significant attention nationwide, raising critical questions about the accountability of public servants. Citizens are keenly observing whether the law will be applied uniformly, without any special treatment or delays for a government official accused of such serious misconduct and blatant disregard for religious sentiments.
The incident has also reignited concerns about politically motivated individuals attempting to undermine the fundamental rights of Hindus in various parts of the country. This case is seen as a crucial test of whether public servants, who are duty-bound to uphold the Constitution and national values, will be held accountable for actions that allegedly threaten national integrity and promote discrimination against a religious community.
The public awaits the decision of the Mulbagal Town Police Inspector, hoping for action in accordance with the law and the fundamental duties enshrined in the Constitution. There is palpable apprehension that political pressure might unduly influence the investigation.
