Successful Medical Camp Held in Mulbagal
Mulbagal, November 24, 2024 – A highly successful medical camp for piles and fistula was organized by Smiles Hospital at Sharada Women’s College in Mulbagal today. The camp saw participation from 148 men and 68 women who availed the medical services.
The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Paramesh, the founder and director of Smiles Hospital Group. In his address, he emphasized the need for collective effort to extend their services with greater dedication. The event commenced with the lighting of the lamp, coinciding with the celebration of Puttaparthi Sai Baba’s birthday.
The event was graced by several dignitaries, including Rohan Gowda, President of the Mulbagal Taluk Okaliga Sangha, Ramesh, Secretary of Sharada College, Ramesh B.M., Secretary of the Citizens’ Forum, Jabivulla, Director of Roshan Trust, and Rajanna, the local police officer. BJP leaders Kaparti Amar Mohan and Vasu also extended their best wishes for the camp.
This type of service activity is unprecedented in Mulbagal Taluk. Often, people fail to recognize symptoms and find it challenging to receive proper treatment. There is also a general reluctance to discuss such issues openly. Dr. C.M. Paramesh, with his specialized experience and dedication, has made significant contributions to the medical field through such essential service activities.
Despite the common trend of organizing medical camps for personal gain, Dr. Paramesh’s commitment to reaching even the border areas of Mulbagal with his services is commendable and necessary for society.
Another noteworthy aspect is the continuous effort by the Smiles Hospital Group, renowned for its expertise in piles and fistula treatment, to raise awareness in surrounding villages. For the past 15 days, they have been using their own resources to educate people in markets and various civic areas. Such dedicated doctors are indeed a model and a necessity for the entire society.
